Returns
If goods are delivered in a condition that is considered inferior then they can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for the same product or for a like substitute. If a customer opens a product and decides the product is not to their taste we will not offer a replacement or a refund. We encourage our customers to contact us in such circumstances though so we can make a note of their tastes and preferences for future purchases. Unopened product in saleable condition is able to be returned for exchange or refund. Freight will be charged to the customer in such circumstances. Wine is a consumable product and as such can be spoiled or faulty. If a customer is delivered a product in such condition we ask that the customer contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product before organising a replacement or a refund. Not always will we be able to replace the product with exactly the same product. Certain offers on our website will be for specific wines and of specific vintages. We reserve the right to substitute wines for new vintages of the same wine or to substitute the wine for a like substitute where reasonable. We will endeavour to contact the customer to inform them of this before despatching the order.
