By the Dozen respects the privacy of its customers. To provide the best possible service we do keep information on customers but only information that is relevant to the orders that customers make. The sort of information we keep includes: name, delivery address, contact details and date of birth which is required to prove orders are made by customers over the age of 18.

Searching our website

If you browse our website we do not collect personal information. We do log the IP address of customers browsing the website but only to give us feedback as to which sections of our website are receiving the most traffic. We do not link this information back to personal information.

If customers provide us with their email address we use that address to send a monthly email informing you of current offers. You have to willingly submit your email address to receive this regular email. You can at any time send us an email if you want to be removed from a regular email list. It is not our policy to keep credit card information on file. If you are a returning customer you will be asked to submit your credit card details for each and every purchase.
