All orders are processed and distributed by By the Dozen at the licensed premises 16/2-8 Campbell Street Artarmon NSW 2064.

The terms and conditions under which you may purchase products from By The Dozen are set out below. Before placing your order you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

This site promotes the consumption of alcohol by people over the legal drinking age of 18. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol or to receive deliveries of alcohol. It is also an offence to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18. By The Dozen supports the responsible service of alcohol and recommends that alcohol be enjoyed in moderation.  By ordering from this website you agree to the above age restriction.

By The Dozen is governed by Australian Federal and State laws and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these laws.

You may place an order with By The Dozen through this website by selecting goods, entering personal details, delivery information and selecting a payment method.

You may also place an order with By The Dozen through email, over the phone or by facsimile by nominating goods, providing personal details, delivery information and indicating a payment method.

Each order may be accepted by By The Dozen in its absolute discretion. By The Dozen only delivers goods within Australia. As part of the order process you are required to provide By The Dozen with a delivery address.  By The Dozen will advise your delivery address ceases to be in an area where By The Dozen delivers goods.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by By the Dozen to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. By the Dozen may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. By the Dozen will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age or is proved to be of inappropriate age.

If the delivery address that you provide is unattended or there re is no-one of appropriate age to receive the goods when the goods are delivered you may be required to pay additional fees.

Under no circumstances may you collect goods from the By The Dozen licensed premises.

Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods received please refer to the refunds and exchange policy on this site.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars. By the Dozen only accepts payment in Australian dollars. By the Dozen's prices are subject to variation without notice.

By the Dozen will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you be delivered to you. If the goods ordered are not available By the Dozen will offer you goods of equal or greater value.

As indicated within our refunds and exchange policy By the Dozen reserves the right to substitute wines for new vintages of the same wine or to substitute the wine for a like substitute where reasonable. We will endeavour to inform you of this before despatching the order.

By the Dozen will use its best endeavours to keep information and images updated on this website but at times information and images are for illustrative purposes only. By the Dozen does not warrant the accuracy of information contained on the website and recommends that you read the label on goods carefully before consuming the goods.

By the Dozen reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions and will use its best endeavours to advise customers of any significant changes in its terms and conditions by way of its monthly email newsletter.

All special items advertised on the By the Dozen website are available only while stocks last. All terms and conditions of specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the By the Dozen website shall apply.
